- Wall positions, door and window openings — accurately reflected from the as-scanned conditions
- Multi-floor support — separate plan for each floor level, plus a consolidated all-floors PDF

Accuracy and Size Limits
Matterport's floor plans are generated from the scan's spatial geometry, making them significantly more accurate than manually-sketched plans. However, there are important specifications to be aware of:
- Maximum space size: 25,000 sq ft per model. For larger spaces, split into multiple models and order a plan for each
- Colour and furniture options: Available for spaces under 10,000 sq ft only
- Accuracy standard: Dimensions are approximate — actual dimensions may vary due to regional measurement standards and scan conditions. For legally required or contractually precise measurements, an independent survey should be commissioned

- Navigate to the model you wish to generate a floor plan for
- Open the Space Details page and select the Add-Ons tab
- Select Schematic Floor Plans and configure your options
- Submit your order — plans are typically delivered within 2–5 business days
