Why virtual tours matter in Laos
Laos is a market of boutique and heritage hotels in Luang Prabang, city hotels and conference venues in Vientiane, and nature resorts around Vang Vieng. Guests choose these properties for their character and setting, which is hard to judge from a few photos.
We scope Lao projects around what guests need to see: room categories, gardens, pools and dining for resorts; meeting rooms and ballrooms for Vientiane hotels and venues. Drone 3D data adds the river and mountain setting. Google Street View publishing and Xperio3D layers are added where they help. Travel is planned and quoted with the project.

Built around how Lao businesses sell real spaces
Lao boutique hotels and resorts sell their character and setting. A 3D tour of rooms, gardens and dining areas, combined with aerial context, shows guests what makes the property different.
Local proof, not generic location copy
Laos is a service-coverage market for 360INT. We do not claim an office in Laos or present local reference projects until one is published in the 360INT portfolio.
What a virtual tour in Laos costs
Matterport 3D tours for hotels and resorts in Laos are priced per room category. Public areas, restaurants, spas, meeting rooms, villas and other spaces are quoted by size, as are photography, video, drone and Xperio3D layers. The quotation confirms the final amount. Travel, accommodation and transfers to Laos are quoted separately, so the full cost is clear before anything is booked.

3D drone capture in Laos
For the outside of a property in Laos, 360INT captures 3D data by drone with the DJI Matrice 4E, an enterprise drone with a mechanical-shutter mapping camera. From the flight images we build textured 3D models, orthophoto maps and point clouds. Architects, developers and planners can use them to document buildings, sites and construction progress. Hotels, resorts and villas can use the 3D model to show the property and its surroundings from a perspective guests never see from the ground. Flight permissions are checked for each site during scoping.
- 4/3-inch 20 MP wide camera with mechanical shutter
- Up to 2 km² per flight at 5 cm ground sampling distance
- RTK positioning: 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal, 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical
- Mapping without ground control points (wide camera)
- Up to 49 minutes flight time
