Commerce Integration

Turn Your Showroom into a Shoppable 3D Experience

360INT combines the atmosphere of a real store with interactive product discovery and connected commerce, creating a shopping experience tailored to the brand. Catalog integration

Product information — names, descriptions, prices — is pulled from your live catalog.

Cart integration

Add-to-cart actions from the tour connect to your store's cart system.

Checkout integration

Checkout takes place on your connected store's existing checkout — the tour does not host its own payment processing.

Feature support may differ between Shopify and WooCommerce implementations. We do not promise real-time inventory, universal payment compatibility, or automatic recognition of every product. Physical displays must be mapped to the appropriate catalog products during implementation.

Another Commerce Connection

Nafplio Virtual Tour & Athena Gallery

Click to Launch Tour

The Nafplio virtual tour showcases how 360INT and Xperio3D connect a 3D experience to a commerce store for Athena Gallery — another example of linking product discovery in a spatial environment to a connected online store. Visitors explore the gallery in 3D, discover items in context, and take the next shopping step through the connected commerce system.

This demonstrates that the Xperio3D commerce connection is not limited to a single platform or retail category — it can be adapted to galleries, boutiques and specialized stores with their own commerce systems.

Remote Inspections

Inspect Retail Spaces Without Being on Site

360INT captures your store at scheduled stages, creating a visual record that supports remote inspections and collaboration. Each capture records a point in time — a tour does not update automatically when the physical store changes.

Store fit-out progress at scheduled capture stages.
Opening and handover documentation.
Fixture placement and merchandising arrangements.
Brand presentation across locations.
Remote discussions between headquarters, local teams and contractors.
Visual records of issues for follow-up.
Comparing documented conditions before and after refurbishment.
Measurement & Accuracy

Measurement tools are described according to their actual accuracy and limitations. Visual inspection does not constitute automatic compliance certification and is not a substitute for required on-site checks. Private inspection spaces and operational information are kept separate from public shopping tours.

3D Archives

Build a Visual History of Every Store

Each capture records a point in time. Dated records build a visual history of your store across openings, seasons, refurbishments and campaigns — organized by store, capture date and project stage where supported.

Store openings.
Seasonal merchandising.
Refurbishments.
Fixture layouts.
Campaign installations.
Handover and operational reference.
Reviewing changes across locations and time.
What Is Included
A hosted navigable tour

A live, interactive 3D tour accessible on your website or via a direct link.

An archive of historical tour versions

Dated records of your store at different points in time, retained for reference.

Downloadable photographs or floor plans

2D assets extracted from or accompanying the 3D capture.

Downloadable point clouds, meshes or other 3D data

Raw 3D data exports, available where the selected capture service supports them.

Exports and versioning depend on the selected capture service, subscription and implementation. Retention, hosting, ownership and access arrangements are confirmed during the quotation process. We do not promise "permanent" archives or automatic change detection without the corresponding service.

Analytics & Heatmaps

Understand Which Areas and Products Attract Attention

See which showroom zones receive more exploration, which products generate interactions and where visitors take the next shopping step. Analytics can help retailers understand engagement within the virtual experience, depending on enabled tracking.

Potential Measures

Visits and sessions.Areas or viewpoints visited.Time spent in defined zones.Navigation patterns.Product detail openings.Product hotspot interactions.Add-to-cart actions.Checkout starts.Completed purchases where reliable commerce attribution exists.

What Heatmaps Measure

Navigation density.Time spent by zone.Product interaction intensity.Viewing direction only if supported by actual tracking.

Critical Distinctions

Virtual-tour activity is not physical-store footfall.Camera direction is not eye tracking.Dwell time indicates engagement, not proven purchase intent.A hotspot click is not a sale.

Any illustrative dashboard is clearly marked as demo data. Heatmaps use real recorded events and spatial mapping. If heatmap tracking is not configured in the current implementation, it is described as an optional capability requiring setup. We use existing privacy and consent controls and report aggregate insights without exposing identifiable customer activity.

Shoppable ShowroomShopify

HiSO Living — 3D Furniture Shopping Experience

Customer Objective

Furniture retail traditionally relies on physical interaction — customers want to see, feel and experience products in person. Online stores lack spatial context, and showrooms are limited by location and opening hours. HiSO Living needed to bring the emotional and spatial experience of a showroom into a scalable digital format.

Project Scope

Custom software solution transforming a Matterport tour into a complete e-commerce platform — implemented across flagship locations in Bangkok, Bangna and Phuket, as well as for their sister company Thailand Pool Tables.

Spaces Captured

Full furniture showroom — seating areas, conversation sets, outdoor furniture displays and pool table showroom.

Delivered Features

Users navigate the showroom virtually, interact with products directly in the space, access detailed product information, and add items to cart and purchase instantly — all without switching platforms. Products are experienced in real context and purchase decisions happen within the environment.

Distribution & Use

Implemented across 3 HiSO Living locations and Thailand Pool Tables, ensuring a consistent, high-end digital experience across all showrooms.

Documented Outcomes
Significantly longer user interaction times versus standard websites, higher exploration rates and stronger emotional connection to products, with reduced purchase uncertainty through real-space visualization.

Store Inspection

Gucci — Global Store Inspections

Customer Objective

Managing global store standards for a luxury retailer like Gucci traditionally requires flying in multiple experts for on-site inspections — an expensive, time-consuming process. Flagship stores are only accessible locally, making remote review, quality control and cross-team collaboration difficult.

Project Scope

A fully immersive 3D digital twin of the Gucci flagship store at Central Embassy, Bangkok — capturing the complete spatial layout, interior design details, materials and finishes, and visual merchandising setups.

Spaces Captured

Complete flagship store — retail floor, fixtures, displays, materials and finishes, and visual merchandising arrangements.

Delivered Features

The 3D model serves as a permanent digital twin of the store, accessible anytime and anywhere. It enables Gucci's global teams to conduct virtual store inspections, review design and VM standards, and collaborate without physical presence.

Distribution & Use

Used across departments for virtual store inspections, visual merchandising audits, and cross-team collaboration — replacing the need for multiple site visits and international travel.

Documented Outcomes
Reduced need for inter-continental inspection travel, faster store approval and audit processes, and a complete 3D archive of the retail space for future reference.

Results reflect documented project outcomes for each client engagement.

The Process

From Scope to Launch

01

Scope & Planning

We agree the store locations, spaces to capture, commerce platform, and whether the tour is for shopping, inspections, archives or all three.

02

On-Site Capture

Our team conducts Matterport scanning on-site, coordinating with store management to schedule around operating hours.

03

Production & Commerce Mapping

Scans are processed, product hotspots are mapped to your catalog items, and the Xperio3D commerce layer is configured.

04

Website Integration

The tour is embedded into your website and configured for desktop, mobile and tablet access.

05

Optional Analytics & Archives

Where supported, we configure analytics tracking and set up historical tour versioning.

Quotation Factors

Every retail project is different. Your quotation is tailored based on:

Number of store locations.
Agreed capture scope per location.
Capture logistics and travel.
Commerce platform and integration requirements.
Number of product hotspots to map.
Custom branding and interface customization.
Hosting scope and duration.
Analytics or inspection features.

Delivery and hosting terms are confirmed during the quotation process. We do not publish fixed prices — each project is scoped individually.

The Evolution of Virtual Presentation

From 360 Store Tours to Shoppable 3D Retail Experiences

Retail presentation online has progressed through three stages — from showing a space to enabling commerce within it.

01

360 Photography & Panoramic Tours

Retail 360 photography and virtual store tours helped customers look around shops and showrooms remotely, understanding atmosphere beyond conventional photographs. A virtual showroom gave viewers a sense of the space before visiting.

Next Stage
02

Spatial 3D Tours & Digital Twins

3D retail tours and digital twins added a clearer understanding of store layouts and product relationships. Depending on the capture method and deliverables, spatial data can support measurements, planograms, documentation and dated spatial records — valuable for store inspections and a retail digital twin archive.

Next Stage
03

Connected Experiences

Connected experiences combine spatial exploration with contextual product discovery, supported Shopify or WooCommerce shopping actions, branded interfaces and engagement analytics. A customer can explore a product in context and take a supported shopping action within the same shoppable virtual tour.

These formats coexist and serve different needs. Not every panoramic tour contains measured 3D geometry, every Matterport scan includes every export, or every viewer supports the same features. Newer technology does not automatically update captured physical conditions — a tour represents the property at the time of capture.

Xperio3D Licensing

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. 360INT can connect a Matterport virtual tour to a Shopify store through the Xperio3D interactive layer. Product hotspots inside the tour are mapped to catalog items in your Shopify store, allowing visitors to view product details and add items to cart from within the 3D experience. The specific features available depend on your Shopify plan and setup — we confirm capabilities during scoping.

Yes. 360INT can connect a Matterport virtual tour to a WooCommerce store through the Xperio3D layer. Product hotspots are mapped to WooCommerce catalog items, supporting product discovery and add-to-cart actions within the 3D experience. Feature support may differ between Shopify and WooCommerce implementations — we verify the specific capabilities of your platform during scoping.

Yes. With the Xperio3D commerce connection, visitors can add products to a cart directly from product hotspots within the virtual tour. The cart is connected to your store's commerce system. Physical displays in the showroom must be mapped to the appropriate catalog products — this mapping is part of the implementation process.

Checkout takes place on your connected store's existing checkout system — the same system your online store uses. The virtual tour connects product discovery and add-to-cart actions to your store, and the visitor continues to your store's checkout to complete the purchase. The tour does not host its own separate checkout or payment processing.

Because product hotspots are connected to your live catalog, product information such as names, descriptions and prices reflects your store's current data. If a product is discontinued or out of stock, the hotspot can be updated or hidden. Changes to your physical showroom displays — such as new products or rearranged fixtures — may require a refresh capture or hotspot remapping to keep the tour accurate.

Yes. A public shopping tour and a private inspection tour can use separate access controls. The public experience shows products and commerce features, while the private experience can include construction documentation, fixture details, and operational information. This keeps public marketing and internal operations separate.

Yes. 360INT can capture your store at scheduled stages during construction, fit-out, or refurbishment. Each capture records a point in time, creating a visual record of progress. These captures support remote discussions between headquarters, local teams, and contractors, and provide visual records of issues for follow-up. A tour does not update automatically when the physical store changes.

Yes. Historical tour versions can be retained as dated records of your store at different points in time — store openings, seasonal merchandising, refurbishments, and campaign installations. Retention, hosting, ownership, and access arrangements are confirmed during the quotation process. We do not promise 'permanent' archives or automatic change detection without the corresponding service.

Heatmaps, where enabled, use real recorded navigation and interaction events mapped to spatial zones within the virtual tour. They can show navigation density, time spent by zone, and product interaction intensity. They do not measure physical-store footfall, eye tracking, or proven purchase intent. A hotspot click is not a sale. Heatmaps are an optional capability requiring setup — they are described as available where tracking is configured, not as an automatic dashboard feature.

Pricing depends on several factors: the size and number of store locations, the agreed capture scope, capture logistics and travel, the level of custom branding and hotspot annotation, the commerce platform and integration requirements, hosting scope, and any analytics or inspection features. We provide a custom quotation after understanding your specific needs. We do not publish fixed prices — each project is scoped individually.
