Xperio3D — the experience layer on Matterport

Matterport gives you an accurate 3D copy of a space. Xperio3D, developed by 360INT, decides what visitors can do inside it: read context-aware information, follow a guided story, compare products, open booking or availability views where the connected system supports them, and leave an enquiry. Every interaction can be measured.

Originally developed for our projects and used successfully with established clients, Xperio3D has been available for licensing to other Matterport professionals, creators and agencies since 1 September 2026. It is also the base for our custom Matterport development: when a standard tour can't do what your business needs, we build the missing layer. More on xperio3d.com.

Every scan 360INT delivers is enhanced with our proprietary content layer: custom hotspots, booking integrations, branded overlays and multi-language support baked directly in.

A single Matterport scan generates a Matterport Digital Twin, OBJ mesh export, point cloud, schematic floor plan, and 4K snapshot photography — all from one session. We then host, maintain and enhance this data through our custom CMS, giving you ongoing control without developer dependency.

Yes, in most cases, if you have access to the Matterport space. We review the scan first, then add the layer without rescanning.

It depends on your booking engine or property management system. During scoping we confirm what your system supports and show you the resulting journey before development starts.

A 360° tour shows panoramas from fixed points. A Matterport tour is built from a 3D model, so the space connects correctly, measurements are possible and the dollhouse view shows the whole layout at once. The comparison above goes through the differences in detail.

Xperio3D is also the base for our custom Matterport development. When a standard tour can't do what your business needs, we build the missing layer, from a product catalogue connection to an exhibitor directory.

Matterport tours are hosted on Matterport's cloud, which requires an active hosting plan. We set up the embedding on your website and any custom Xperio3D layer, and we list the ongoing hosting and maintenance costs in the quotation so there are no surprises later.
