Flexible Workspaces

UBC Business Collection

For UBC Business Collection, we created a series of immersive virtual tours across five flagship locations: Köln (Wallarkaden), Stuttgart (Königstraße), Berlin Ku'damm (Gloria), Flexgate (Berlin Airport area), and Vienna (Golden Quarter). The goal: translate their premium, design-driven workspace concept into a digital experience — allowing prospective clients to explore locations remotely while preserving the brand's luxurious and service-oriented atmosphere.

The Challenge

UBC's biggest strength — its interior design, atmosphere, and location prestige — is difficult to communicate through static images or text. High-end materials, lighting, and spatial flow are experiential, and clients expect a 'feeling' before committing. The flexible workspace market is highly competitive, dominated by global players like Regus and WeWork. UBC also offers multiple flexible products (coworking, private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms), creating decision complexity for clients. Modern clients research online and compare multiple providers — yet for premium office spaces, trust is still built physically.

The Solution

We developed 5 immersive virtual tours that showcase the full experience: reception areas, lounge & coworking zones, private offices, and meeting rooms — as if visitors were physically present. The tours emphasize interior design & material quality, spatial layout and atmosphere, quiet premium working environments, and prestigious addresses. The virtual tours act as a digital sales tool, a lead conversion asset, and a replacement for initial site visits.

The Results

Stronger digital brand perception across all 5 locations
Increased engagement time on location pages
Improved qualification of leads before physical visits
Better differentiation from standardized competitors (Regus, WeWork)
Virtual tours turn offline space into scalable online advantage

About the Client

UBC Business Collection is a premium provider of flexible workspaces, coworking environments, and virtual office solutions across major cities in Germany and Austria. Their concept blends prestigious central locations, high-end interior design (in collaboration with designer Eric Kuster), fully serviced offices with concierge-style support, and flexible scalable rental models without long-term commitments. Their spaces are designed to feel more like a boutique hotel or members club than a traditional office. A key differentiator is their 'all-inclusive, ready-to-work' approach: clients arrive and immediately operate — without setup, infrastructure, or administrative overhead. UBC positions itself as a premium alternative to mass-market coworking providers, focusing on design & aesthetics, quiet productivity-oriented environments, personalized service, and exclusive business addresses. Unlike many coworking spaces that emphasize community and density, UBC emphasizes focus, discretion, and high-end experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

360INT produced immersive virtual tours for five flagship locations: Köln (Wallarkaden), Stuttgart (Königstraße), Berlin Ku'damm (Gloria), Flexgate near Berlin Airport, and Vienna's Golden Quarter. Each tour covers reception areas, lounge and coworking zones, private offices and meeting rooms in that city.

The interiors were designed with Eric Kuster, and the tours are built to convey that design quality along with UBC's 'all-inclusive, ready-to-work' concept — clients arrive and start working without setting up infrastructure themselves. The goal is to let materials, lighting and spatial flow come through digitally, not just describe them in text.

The virtual tours act as a digital sales tool and lead-conversion asset, intended to stand in for an initial site visit before a prospective client tours in person. That's meant to help clients compare UBC against other flexible-workspace providers earlier in their decision process.
