Virtual Tours in Bali
Matterport for Villas, Resorts & Venues

360INT provides project-based Matterport 3D virtual tours in Bali for private pool villas, resorts, hotels, wedding venues and beach clubs, from Seminyak and Canggu to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Ubud. We do not claim a Bali office; projects are scoped and delivered by our team from Thailand.

Bali service coverage

Why virtual tours matter in Bali

Bali guests and villa buyers usually decide from abroad. They compare villas whose photos look alike, while the real differences are spatial: how the bedrooms relate to the pool, how private the garden is, how the villa sits in its surroundings. A 3D tour answers those questions before the booking or the viewing trip.

How 360INT approaches the project

For villas we capture every room, the pool deck and the garden as one walkthrough, so renters and buyers can judge layout and privacy. For resorts and hotels we capture each room category plus restaurants, spa and event spaces. Wedding venues get a tour that planners and couples can share. Travel to Bali is planned and quoted with the project.

Bali villas, resorts and venues are mostly booked or bought from abroad. A connected walkthrough of rooms, pool, garden and shared facilities lets that audience understand the property before they commit.

3D drone capture in Bali

DJI Matrice 4E for 3D data from the air

For the outside of a property in Bali, 360INT captures 3D data by drone with the DJI Matrice 4E, an enterprise drone with a mechanical-shutter mapping camera. From the flight images we build textured 3D models, orthophoto maps and point clouds. Architects, developers and planners can use them to document buildings, sites and construction progress. Hotels, resorts and villas can use the 3D model to show the property and its surroundings from a perspective guests never see from the ground. Flight permissions are checked for each site during scoping.

  • 4/3-inch 20 MP wide camera with mechanical shutter
  • Up to 2 km² per flight at 5 cm ground sampling distance
  • RTK positioning: 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal, 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical
  • Mapping without ground control points (wide camera)
  • Up to 49 minutes flight time
