Why virtual tours matter in Indonesia
Indonesia's hospitality market spans Bali's villas and resorts, city hotels and convention venues in Jakarta, and resort islands such as Lombok. Many guests, planners and buyers decide from abroad, so they need to understand layout, scale and the way spaces connect before they book, enquire or travel.
We scope each Indonesian project around its use: room-category exploration for hotels, transparent walkthroughs for villa rentals and sales, remote site inspections for MICE venues. Matterport is the spatial base. Google Street View publishing, drone context and Xperio3D layers are added where they support the goal. Travel is planned and quoted with the project.

Built around how Indonesian businesses sell real spaces
For an Indonesian project, start with where the decision is made. Hotel guests compare room categories, villa renters and buyers judge layout and privacy, and MICE planners check venues remotely. The capture scope follows that decision.
Local proof, not generic location copy
Indonesia is a service-coverage market for 360INT. We do not claim an Indonesian office or present local reference projects until one is published in the 360INT portfolio.
What a virtual tour in Indonesia costs
Matterport 3D tours for hotels and resorts in Indonesia are priced per room category. Public areas, restaurants, spas, meeting rooms, villas and other spaces are quoted by size, as are photography, video, drone and Xperio3D layers. The quotation confirms the final amount. Travel, accommodation and transfers to Indonesia are quoted separately, so the full cost is clear before anything is booked.

3D drone capture in Indonesia
For the outside of a property in Indonesia, 360INT captures 3D data by drone with the DJI Matrice 4E, an enterprise drone with a mechanical-shutter mapping camera. From the flight images we build textured 3D models, orthophoto maps and point clouds. Architects, developers and planners can use them to document buildings, sites and construction progress. Hotels, resorts and villas can use the 3D model to show the property and its surroundings from a perspective guests never see from the ground. Flight permissions are checked for each site during scoping.
- 4/3-inch 20 MP wide camera with mechanical shutter
- Up to 2 km² per flight at 5 cm ground sampling distance
- RTK positioning: 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal, 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical
- Mapping without ground control points (wide camera)
- Up to 49 minutes flight time
