Why virtual tours matter in Singapore
Singapore is a regional decision-making hub where venues, exhibitions, yachts, hospitality brands and commercial spaces are often evaluated by international audiences. A virtual tour can reduce the gap between online research and an in-person visit by showing real layout, distances, scale and spatial relationships before travel.
We do not present 360INT as having a Singapore office. We scope Singapore projects remotely, agree the capture schedule and travel in advance, and deploy the right production team for the job. This is especially effective for events, yachting, hospitality, retail and regional brand documentation.

What a virtual tour in Singapore costs
Matterport 3D tours for hotels and resorts in Singapore are priced per room category. Public areas, restaurants, spas, meeting rooms, villas and other spaces are quoted by size, as are photography, video, drone and Xperio3D layers. Outside Thailand the price is based on USD 350 per hotel room category and shown here in local currency. The quotation confirms the final amount. Travel, accommodation and transfers to Singapore are quoted separately, so the full cost is clear before anything is booked.

- Under 20 seconds per scan
- 100,000 LiDAR points per second
- 134 MP panoramas
- Depth range 20 m in hosted models, up to 100 m in E57 exports

3D drone capture in Singapore
For the outside of a property in Singapore, 360INT captures 3D data by drone with the DJI Matrice 4E, an enterprise drone with a mechanical-shutter mapping camera. From the flight images we build textured 3D models, orthophoto maps and point clouds. Architects, developers and planners can use them to document buildings, sites and construction progress. Hotels, resorts and villas can use the 3D model to show the property and its surroundings from a perspective guests never see from the ground. Flight permissions are checked for each site during scoping.
- 4/3-inch 20 MP wide camera with mechanical shutter
- Up to 2 km² per flight at 5 cm ground sampling distance
- RTK positioning: 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal, 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical
- Mapping without ground control points (wide camera)
- Up to 49 minutes flight time
