Why virtual tours matter in Bangkok

Bangkok businesses often sell to people who are not physically on site: hotel guests comparing room types, regional brand teams reviewing stores, corporate clients evaluating meeting spaces, and international decision-makers approving locations remotely. Virtual tours turn those spaces into assets that can be inspected and understood at any time.

How 360INT approaches the project

For Bangkok projects we combine professional spatial capture with the layer the business actually needs. That can be straightforward Matterport documentation, a branded interactive experience, remote store-inspection workflows, hotel and MICE presentation, e-commerce connections or supporting photography and film.

Built around how Bangkok businesses sell real spaces

For Bangkok hotels, shops and commercial spaces, the tour should clarify layouts and access before a visit. Room categories, meeting configurations, product displays and inspection routes need different content.

  • 134 MP panoramas

3D drone capture in Bangkok

DJI Matrice 4E for 3D data from the air

For the outside of a property in Bangkok, 360INT captures 3D data by drone with the DJI Matrice 4E, an enterprise drone with a mechanical-shutter mapping camera. From the flight images we build textured 3D models, orthophoto maps and point clouds. Architects, developers and planners can use them to document buildings, sites and construction progress. Hotels, resorts and villas can use the 3D model to show the property and its surroundings from a perspective guests never see from the ground. Flight permissions are checked for each site during scoping.

  • 4/3-inch 20 MP wide camera with mechanical shutter
  • Up to 2 km² per flight at 5 cm ground sampling distance
  • RTK positioning: 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal, 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical
  • Mapping without ground control points (wide camera)
  • Up to 49 minutes flight time
