Gucci

360INT created a fully immersive 3D digital twin of the Gucci flagship store at Central Embassy, Bangkok — enabling Gucci's global teams to conduct remote store inspections, review visual merchandising standards, and collaborate across departments without physical travel. The result: reduced inspection costs, faster approvals, and a permanent, scalable digital archive of the retail space.

The Challenge

Managing global store standards for a luxury retailer like Gucci traditionally requires flying in multiple experts for on-site inspections — an expensive, time-consuming process. Flagship stores are only accessible locally, making remote review, quality control, and cross-team collaboration extremely difficult. Conventional documentation methods (photos, videos, plans) are fragmented, incomplete, and lack the spatial context needed for accurate global brand management. For Gucci, this created real inefficiencies in internal approvals, visual merchandising audits, and consistency enforcement across locations.

The Solution

360INT created a fully immersive 3D model of the Gucci store at Central Embassy, capturing the complete spatial layout, interior design details, materials and finishes, and visual merchandising setups. The 3D model serves as a permanent digital twin of the store — accessible anytime, anywhere, and usable across departments. This enables Gucci's global teams to conduct virtual store inspections, review design and VM standards, and collaborate without physical presence — replacing the need for multiple site visits, international travel, and complex logistical coordination.

The Results

Eliminated need for inter-continental inspection travel
Faster store approval and audit processes
Complete permanent 3D archive of the retail space
Improved alignment between Gucci HQ and local teams
Higher precision documentation than traditional photo/video methods
Scalable model for future store openings and redesigns
Streamlined global retail management workflows
