A public link can travel anywhere
A standard Matterport tour is reached by a web address, and anyone holding that address can open it. There is no control over who looks, how long the link stays active or whether a visitor has seen your privacy terms. For a pre-launch sale, a private villa or a client approval, that is not acceptable. A private tour puts a gate in front of the tour and lets you decide who enters and for how long.
Password gate
Visitors enter a password before the tour loads. Without it, nothing of the space is shown, not even the first view.
Passwords with expiry
Give each password an end date. Access closes on schedule, so a preview for an investor or buyer does not stay open forever.
Use limits
Limit a password to a set number of uses. A single-use invite works for one person and cannot be passed around.
Privacy consent screen
Show your own wording and a link to your privacy policy before entry. The choice is remembered when the visitor returns.
Separate passwords per group
Issue different passwords to buyers, owners, staff or reviewers, so you can end one group's access without affecting the others.
We show you the access controls
The gate is easiest to understand on screen. We show a private tour with expiry and use limits on a short call or screen share.
Private Tours runs in the client dashboard and is not public. We show it on a short call with real examples.
Request a walkthroughWhat 360INT takes care of
Private Tours is part of Xperio3D, which 360INT develops. We capture the space, set the feature up, prepare the content and keep it current, so your team receives a finished experience instead of another tool to learn.
Access plan
We agree who needs entry, for how long and which groups need separate passwords.
Gate setup
We configure the password screen, expiry dates and use limits on each tour.
Consent text
We place your wording and privacy policy link on the entry screen and test the return visit.
Password changes
When access must be extended, renewed or closed, we make the change for you.
- —A password protects access to the tour page. It does not replace a legal confidentiality agreement.
- —Passwords are shared by you, so you decide who receives them.
- —Privacy wording and the policy link must come from you or your legal adviser.
