Custom Floor Plans for 3D Tours A map visitors can navigate by
A custom floor plan gives the tour your own map instead of the default one. It helps visitors find their way and gives your team a clear reference for large or complex spaces.
A standard Matterport tour offers a dollhouse view and a generic minimap. They do not match the drawings that your staff, buyers and exhibitors already know. Rooms carry no meaning, large grounds are hard to read, and nothing shows structure or utility lines. Visitors lose track of where they are, and your team cannot point to a spot on a plan they recognize. A plan aligned to the tour solves that.
Use the floor plan you already have, or let 360INT prepare one, in place of the default minimap.
The default map is not your plan

The Thailand International Boat Show 2025 tour is the live demo for the floor plan. Open it and use the plan to move across the exhibition area.
What 360INT takes care of
Xperio3D is developed by 360INT. We capture the space, set the feature up, prepare the content and keep it current, so your team receives a finished experience instead of another tool to learn.

Questions
Can we use our own architectural drawings?
Yes, if they are clear enough to align. We review your files first. If a drawing is outdated or hard to read, we can prepare a clean plan from the capture instead.
Does the visitor see where they are on the plan?
Yes. The plan shows the visitor's live position and viewing direction as they move through the tour. Clicking a point on the plan moves them straight to that place, which helps on large sites.
What are annotation layers?
They are optional overlays on the plan, for example structural walls, utility runs or zones. They show only information that has been recorded, so we agree with you what each layer should contain.
Can the AI guide use the plan?
Yes. When layers exist, the AI guide can highlight them if a visitor asks about structure or services. The AI guide is a separate function, and its answers still depend on your content.
What if we renovate or rearrange the space?
The plan must match the current layout. After a change, we re-capture the affected area where needed and update the plan and its alignment so visitors are not misled by an outdated drawing.
